Machine park
The machine park includes Okuma MA-600HB (3 units), MA-550VB and MB-56VB centres, Hyundai HIV 410D (4 units), Mori-Seiki, YCM, TZC, Giewont and Harnaś R550 machines. Send us your drawing and we will confirm which machine fits the part.
Why machine at the foundry
One drawing, one responsible supplier and no transport between casting and machining. Faults in the casting show up at the first cut and are handled inside the same supply chain, not between two companies.
Frequently asked questions
What is the largest part you can machine?
Vertical centres take parts up to 1200 × 600 × 300 mm and horizontal centres up to 1000 × 1000 × 1100 mm. Turning covers diameters from Ø10 to Ø450 mm. Send the drawing for larger parts and we will check.
Do you inspect with a coordinate measuring machine?
Yes. Machined parts can be measured on a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine, with the results reported against your drawing.
Can you machine and paint the casting?
Yes. Castings can be machined and then painted in the automatic paint shop, so the part arrives finished in one delivery.
